Solvent Effect on the Synthesis of Oleylamine Modified Au Nanoparticles and Their Self-Assembled Film for SERS Substrate

The preparation and self-assembling of monodisperse gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) is great significance for its SERS application. According to the oleylamine-reduced method, oleylamine (OAm) serves as reducing agent stabilizing agent, effects different reaction parameters such solvent temperature on size dispersity Au NPs have been evaluated. synthesized with toluene best narrowest particle distribution adjustable sizes. gradually increases increase in temperature. highly ordered self-assembly film was employed surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate probing molecule rhodamine 6G. exhibits excellent spatial uniformity reproducibility, which indicates practicability a substrate. This study provides simple synthesis strategy monodispersed NPs, can serve re-producibility.
